Missing Inmates Caught in Camden Authorities caught four inmates Sunday who had walked away from a Camden halfway house two days before.

Three inmates were still at large. They all had been serving time for drug-related charges before leaving the halfway house early Friday.

Department of Corrections investigators caught Altereek Nashby and David M. Keil between 12:30 a.m. and 1:30 a.m. Sunday, a prison spokesman said.

Nashby, 32, had been convicted of multiple robberies and manufacturing a controlled dangerous substance. He was serving up to 16 years.

Keil, 22, was serving up to 10 years on robbery and credit card charges. He had been eligible for parole in September.

"If they had remained in the halfway house they'd be that much closer to parole," said Chris Carden, spokesman for the Department of Corrections.

He said Nashby and Keil were sent to Riverfront State Prison and faced administrative escape charges. Carden said prosecutors had to decide whether they would face additional criminal charges, and parole officials would have to decide if their sentences would be affected.

Authorities caught Joselito Kuilan, 29, Sunday afternoon and Joshua Falk, 25, Sunday evening, Carden said. Both were apprehended in Camden. Falk had been scheduled to be freed on parole Monday.

State inmates are sent to the 164-bed halfway house before being paroled. It is intended to give them a chance to adjust to life outside of prison.
