Vegas Hags Pigskin Picks - Week 15

Last week was another good one as I went 11-4 straight up and 10-5 against the spread. This week, the Eagles get a huge test on the road, the Dolphins and Pats square off to see who is the beast of the East and the Saints and Bucs battle to stay alive in the Wild Card hunt. Miami (plus 3) at New England
Everyone seems to like the Dolphins in this Saturday showdown, but I’m not a believer. Dolphins were embarrassed last week and come out for blood here.
Dolphins 24 – Patriots 17

Philadelphia (plus 3) at San Francisco
Another Saturday clash, this will be a good test for the Birds. Can they continue their road winning streak? This is a tough one. The Eagles are hot, winning 6 out of their last 7. The Niners are a great home team (6-1), but Garcia is hurting. Eagles clinch the East with a win, and they’ll sneak by if they can contain Hears.
Eagles 23 – 49ers 21

Tennessee (plus 5) at Oakland
Monday Night Football on Saturday Night. The Raiders love the spotlight.
Raiders 28 – Titans 24

New Orleans (plus 3) at Tampa Bay
The loser of this one packs up for the season. Close one, but go with the home team.
Bucs 19 – Saints 17

St. Louis (minus 12½) at Carolina
Blowout.
Rams 38 – Panthers 13

San Diego (plus 3) at Kansas City
The Chiefs are playing pretty well, and the Chargers are fading.
Chiefs 20 – Chargers 14

Seattle (plus 3½) at New York Giants
Seahawks need this one to stay alive and the Giants are pretty much dead. Seattle is on the rise, Giants on the way down. Sounds like I’m going with the Hawks, huh? Giants Stadium is the equalizer.
Giants 20 – Seahawks 17

Buffalo (plus 3½) at Atlanta
The Bills are awful, the Falcons are at home.
Falcons 23 – Bills 17

Chicago (minus 2) at Washington
This one will be ugly. The Bears may be in for a letdown, so I’ll go with the Skins.
Redskins 17 – Bears 16

Cincinnati (plus 11) at Baltimore
The Ravens were embarrassed by the Steelers on Sunday. The Bengals will pay the price.
Ravens 20 – Bengals 7

Cleveland (plus 8½) at Green Bay
Both of these teams should be mad coming in to this game. The Browns got the shaft and the Pack got mauled. The Packers are a better team and are home.
Packers 27 – Browns 17

Detroit (plus 10) at Pittsburgh
The Steelers could have a letdown, but after finally getting a win, so could the Lions!
Steelers 24 – Lions 10

Dallas (plus 3½) at Arizona
This will be a close game between two pretty bad teams. Home team at the buzzer. I hope the new kicker doesn’t injure himself.
Cardinals 20 – Cowboys 17

Jacksonville (plus 3) at Minnesota
Both of these teams are hot and cold (mostly cold!). Vikes at home, I guess.
Vikings 30 – Jaguars 28

New York Jets (even) at Indianapolis
Always a good game between these two rivals. The Colts are toast, and the Jets need this one bad.
Jets 17 – Colts 14
