Trenton Man Murdered A Trenton man made a horrifying discovery Friday. He found his brother murdered in his own home.

Police are not saying how Ralph Dequinzio, 79, was killed overnight, but they are working to find out who did it, and why. They said that there were no signs of break-in.

Dequinzio's body was found dead in the living room of his home in the 100 block of Culbertson Avenue. Police said there were no signs of a break-in, but his car had been taken. It was eventually found abandoned a few miles away.

The victim's car was missing, but was discovered later in the day miles away.

"Without being too specific about it, the condition of the body and the blood at the scene indicated a homicide," said Deputy Chief Paul Meyer of the Trenton Police Department.

Police said that they think Dequinzio's brother was sleeping upstairs when the murder happened.

"We're going to canvass the neighborhood, processing the scene for fingerprints, photographing the scene, and taking physical evidence from the scene," Meyer said.

Police said that they have no suspects and no motive, which was frustrating for some neighbors who were friends with the man.

"Very nice neighbor, very quiet man -- I don't know why anybody could do such a horrible thing. I mean, it's not fair," said Ida Olimando.

Autopsy results should be available in the next couple of days.

If you have any information in this case, call the Trenton Police Department at (609) 989-3363.
