Man Gets 30 to Life in NJ A Bucks County, Pa., man was sentenced Friday for murdering an exotic dancer. In the courthouse in Mount Holly, the judge gave John Denofa 30 years to life with no possibility of parole for 30 years. The victim's family and Denofa spoke out in court Friday.

Denofa, 38, was convicted last November of the murder of Rachel Siani, 21.

During sentencing, he maintained again that he is not guilty of murdering Siani and dumping her body over a turnpike bridge. Denofa says he was framed.

However, Denofa does admit to being with Siani the night she disappeared, even smoking marijuana with her that evening.

Siani (pictured, below right) was a college student who was paying for school by stripping at Diva's International Gentlemen's Club in Bristol Township. Denofa was a regular at the club.

Prosecutors said that he and Siani were last seen entering a room at the Econo Lodge next door to the strip joint. They claim he strangled her unconscious and threw her out the second floor window into the back of his pickup. He then crossed the Delaware River into New Jersey and tossed her body over the turnpike bridge, according to authorities.

Siani's body was found days later. Denofa was tried and is being sentenced in New Jersey because the autopsy reports revealed that Siani did not die from injuries she sustained in the motel room, but from the 112-foot fall off the turnpike bridge.
