Free Women's Health Seminars The Burlington County Advisory Council on Women and Virtua Health will hold four free seminars from March 21st to June 21st as part of their “Women in the Know” Healthy Living Series at Virtua Memorial Hospital Burlington County in Mount Holly.

All of the seminars will be held at 7 p.m. in the hospital’s conference center at 175 Madison Avenue, Mount Holly. Refreshments will be served.

“We encourage everyone interested in improving their health to take advantage of this opportunity for informative discussions with the chance to ask questions,” said Freeholder Dawn Marie Addiego.

“It’s Easier than You Think – How to Advocate for Yourself” will be held Wednesday, March 21st with Kathleen O’Connell from Samaritan Hospice. “How to Talk to Your Doctor” will be held Wednesday, April 18th with Mary Campagnolo, MD, family practice physician of Virtua Health and Ashurst Family Physicians.

“Indulge Yourself ‘til Your Heart’s Content” will be held Wednesday, May 23rd with Virtua’s Maria Duca, MD, cardiologist and Barbara Moront, MD, family practice physician.

“How To Shop the Health Food Aisle” will be held Thursday, June 21st with Virtua’s Barbara Darcy, registered dietician.
