South Jersey weekend events are here for you and the whole family!

Dog Tales
Friday October 12: Burlington County Library,Bordentown, 3:30 pm
Children of all ages are invited to come to the library to meet Isla, a reading therapy dog. Isla will listen as children read their favorite books to her.

South Jersey Pumpkin Show
Friday October 12-Sunday October 14: Salem County Fairgrounds, 5-10 pm
Shop from 75+ craftsmen, enjoy wine sampling, food trucks and food court, and grab a trick or treat bag and goody bag first. A tractor pulled hay ride, amusement rides, and pony rides will also be available. 

Star Watch Astronomy Event
Friday October 12: Wharton State Forest, Hammonton, 6-10 pm
Look through a telescope and enjoy the wonders of the sky. 

Apple Festival at Kirby’s Mill
Friday October 12: Kirby’s Mill, Medford, 9 am-4 pm
This event draws more than 12,000 visitors to browse 110+ custom crafters, plus food, apple cider, apple baked goods, signature apple cider donuts, and specially made apple ice cream, along with live music being played throughout the day.

Autumn in Moorestown
Saturday October 13: Main Street, Moorestown, 6-10 pm
Downtown Moorestown will welcome the fall season in a big way, from fine arts and crafts to antique and classic cars, scarecrows, and pumpkin painting. The Main Street business district will be alive with activities for all ages and interests.

Barrington Harvest Festival
Saturday October 13:
 Clements Bridge Road, Barrington, 11 am-4 pm
This fest features over 175 craft, food, and product vendors, a classic car show, live entertainment and activities for toddlers, kids and teens. Two stages will feature local and professional bands as well as local theater and dance companies. The petting zoo, pony rides, inflatable bounce houses, and face painting will be back again this year.

Berlin Boro Fall Festival
Saturday October 13:
 Berlin Park, 11 am-4 pm
Activities, games, food trucks, music entertainment, beer gardens, and vendors galore.

Delanco Community Day
Saturday October 13:
 Delanco Fire Department, 11 am-3 pm
Come celebrate the community with a fun-filled day of activities, including inflatables, pumpkin picking, a live DJ, local organization exhibits, a petting zoo, and pony rides.

Deptford Township Fall Festival
Saturday October 13:
 Andaloro Farms, Deptford, 2-8 pm
A fun filled family day with hay rides, food trucks, balloon artists, live music, games, and a beer and wine garden.
Haddonfield Farmers Market
Saturday October 13: Kings Court, Haddonfield, 8:30 am-1 pm
This season, the Haddonfield Farmers Market will have entertainment and host master gardeners and cook offs. Each week’s offerings are dependent on the growing season, harvests, and availability.
International Day
Saturday October 13:
 Camden County College, Blackwood Campus, 12-4 pm
Celebrate and experience the cultural diversity of the county with a free sampling of ethnic food, cultural performances, and educational programming for the entire family.

Really Little Residents
Saturday October 13:
 Haddon Heights Library, 10:30-11 am
Haddon Heights Library hosts a weekend story time program every Saturday. Parents and children from birth to four years old are welcome to enjoy stories, singing, and dancing.

Saturday Story Time
Saturday October 13:
 Hammonton Library, 12:30-1:30 pm
Each session includes crafts, snacks, stories, and games.
Second Saturday in Collingswood
Saturday October 13:
 Haddon Avenue, Collingswood, 5-9 pm
Plan a night on the town to experience the unique arts, music, shopping and dining Collingswood is known for. As always, Second Saturdays are free and there are local artists and musicians on each block.

Fall Float Festival/Scarecrow Contest
Sunday October 14:
 Smithville Park, Eastampton, 8 am-8 pm
Canoe or kayak on the Rancocas Creek or Smithville Lake and see the fall foliage as you float along. Residents decorate their docks and hope to win your vote. Paddlers will be shuttled back to Smithville Park for food, entertainment, and activities for all ages.
