SPINACH DIP

large round loaf of sourdough bread
1 cup mayonnaise
1-1/2 cups sour cream
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp dill weed
1 package Original Hidden Valley Ranch mix
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1 package frozen chopped spinach (thawed, wrung out, uncooked)
bread, bagels, vegetables, etc. (for dipping)

Stir together all ingredients except the bread (or other dipping materials). Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Hollow out sourdough bread; put dip inside. Serve with your choice of dipping stuff.
