BEEF & BROCCOLI OVER RICE

1/2 lb. Lancaster Brand Beef Round Brasciole
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 bags Uncle Bens Boil in Bag Rice
1/2 lb. (8 oz) Mann's Broccoli Wokly
1 can (14 3/4 oz) Franco-American Beef Gravy

Cook rice according to directions on box. While rice is cooking sautee broccoli in large frying pan with small amount of oil, stirring constantly. Cut beef in thin strips. Put broccoli in pan with lid, while preparing the beef. Fry beef in same large frying pan in small amount of oil. Add ginger & soy sauce. When beef is done add beef gravy, heat through. Combine beef mixture with broccoli. Place rice on large platter, pour beef & broccoli mixture on top. Serves 3 to 4 people.
