Peach Pie

8 peaches, peeled and sliced
3 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 cups flour
Butter or margarine
Sugar and cinnamon

Beat eggs and sugar. When mixed, add oil and vanilla, then baking powder and flour. Put ingredients in a 13x10 aluminum pan. Layer peeled peaches on top. Dab butter or margarine on peaches; sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes, until lightly brown. Serve from pan.
