COTTAGE CHEESE PIE

1 1/2 cup cottage cheese
2 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup milk
2 egg whites
unbaked pie shell
pinch salt

In one bowl, mix egg yolks, cottage cheese, sugar, nutmeg, flour, vanilla, milk and salt. In separate bowl, beat egg whites until fluffy. Fold into egg yolk mixture. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350 degrees and cook for 50 minutes.
