GREEK SHRIMP

5 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chopped garlic
2 cups cubed tomatoes
1 can artichoke hearts
1/2 cup dry white wine
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup fresh basil
1 tsp oregano
1-1/2 lbs shrimp
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 lb feta cheese
1 lb pasta

Heat 2 tbsp olive oil and garlic in large frying pan. Cook briefly. Add tomatoes, artichokes, wine, salt, pepper, basil and oregano. Cook 5 minutes. Sprinkle salt and pepper over raw shrimp. Heat remaining oil in second skillet. Cook shrimp until slightly pink. Sprinkle with red pepper. Place shrimp in casserole. Sprinkle with feta cheese. Place tomato mix on top. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes in preheated 400-degree oven. Make pasta. Toss. Serve with Caesar salad, bread and white wine (if desired).
