1 tsp dry mustard 2 tbsp apricot-pineapple jam 1 tsp chopped chives 12 slices broiled or baked ham Parmesan cheese Paprika
In a small bowl, combine mustard, jam and chives. Spread evenly on ham slices. Roll slices up in a jelly-roll fashion. Cut each one crosswise into three or four pieces. Secure with picks. Arrange on a tray and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and paprika.
