South Jersey Dining Guide

BANANA-CHOCOLATE CHIP BROWNIES

3/4 cup butter (melted)
2/3 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup white sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
3 ripe bananas
1 egg
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
6 oz chocolate chips

Mix butter into all sugars; add vanilla, egg and bananas. Add flour and baking powder. Add chocolate chips; mix with spoon. Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
