Local experts weigh in on the start to the president’s administration
and what his policies have meant to South Jersey.
Barack Obama surfed into the White House last January on a massive wave of high hopes and public adulation. But since taking the oath of office (twice, for good measure, as you’ll recall), the water’s been decidedly choppy.

• Private High Schools in South Jersey
Considering a private high school education for your child? Choosing a private high school is an incredibly personal decision, made all the more difficult by the fact that none of the nine private high schools in the South Jersey area is just like any of the others. One thing they do have in common, though, is that they were all founded by religious organizations, and these affiliations are still apparent in their desire to help develop students’ moral and spiritual growth in addition to promoting academic excellence. All of the schools have strong roots in their communities and possess fiercely loyal alumni.
