Vegas Hags Pigskin Picks

Vegas Hags Pigskin Picks The Eagles won again last week to go 10-1 since their ugly 0-2 start to open the season. Remember when everyone was calling for the heads of Reid and McNabb? Boy, this region has a lot of patience! Anyway, they get the 49ers this week and finish with the Redskins in DC next week. Can they run the table and go 13-3? Will the Bucs sneak into the playoffs? There are a lot of big games this week.

Atlanta (+7) at Tampa Bay Believe it or not, the Bucs D is back and they are making a playoff run. The Flacons are in disarray and won’t be able to stop the surging Bucs.

Bucs 20 – Falcons 16

Kansas City (-3) at Minnesota This should be the shoot-out of the week. The Vikings are tough at home, but I think the Chiefs will just hold them off. It should be fun to watch, though!

Chiefs 40 – Vikings 35

New England (-3) at New York Jets The Jets are trying to hang tough, but the Pats are just too tough.

Patriots 24 – Jets 22

Miami (even) at Buffalo It’s December, so the Dolphins stink.

Bills 21 – Dolphins 17

Detroit (+10) at Carolina Detroit is horrible and even worse on the road, but Carolina laying 10?

Panthers 20 – Lions 13

Washington (+4½) at Chicago The Bears are playing decent football and the Skins look like they’re packed to go home for the offseason, but the NFL is deceiving. That being said, this is a good upset play due to the inexperience of Rex Grossman.

Redskins 26 – Bears 23

Baltimore (-3) at Cleveland The Ravens need this game badly, but the new Browns always play the old Browns tough. Look for a nasty, physical game won late.

Ravens 20 – Browns 16

New York Giants (+10) at Dallas The Giants are awful, but 10 ½?

Cowboys 23 – Giants 16

Tennessee (-7) at Houston It seems like it doesn’t matter who plays QB for the Titans these days. Step right up, Neil O’Donnell. Texas plays pretty well at home, so I think they can cover.

Titans 22 – Texans 17

New Orleans (+1) at Jacksonville The Jags are trying to hang tough and play like it means something (it doesn’t). The Saints desperately need a win to stay in the playoff hunt. A close one here…

Saints 20 – Jags 17

Cincinnati (+6½) at St. Louis The Bengals are much improved, but they can’t hang with the Rams on turf.

Rams 35 – Bengals 28

San Diego (+6) at Pittsburgh Ugh. Two brutal teams. I’ll go with the home team.

Steelers 27 – Chargers 23

San Francisco (+7½) at Philadelphia The Niners haven’t won on the road yet this year, but they always play the Birds tough and Jeff Garcia looks to be back at full strength. I like the Eagles to pull it out as usual, but it won’t be easy.

Eagles 30 – 49ers 27

Arizona (+13½) at Seattle Seattle is awesome at home and the Cardinals are atrocious on the road. Enough said.

Seahawks 31 – Cards 13

Denver (+5) at Indianapolis This should be a good one, as the Broncos need a W to stay in the playoff race. The Colts have more weapons, especially if Portis is still hurting. I’ll take the home team in a close one.

Colts 27 – Broncos 24

Green Bay (-5) at Oakland The Packers really need this one, but the Raiders are always tough on MNF. It should be a good game with some big hits. Favre figures it out, since Mirer can’t.

Packers 26 – Raiders 23

Enjoy the games!
