Colliers International represented Misfits Market in the subleasing of 140,800 square feet at 500 Griffith Morgan Lane in Pennsauken to new subtenant Maxon Auto Corporation.
Wolf Commercial Real Estate (WCRE) represented the following businesses in recent transactions:
• Alternatives in Counseling, Inc. in the lease of 1,700 square feet of office space located at 1060 N. Kings Highway in Cherry Hill.
• 900 Haddon LLC, an affiliate of PCF Management, in the lease and marketing of approximately 2,885 square feet within The Station Office Building at 900 Haddon Ave. to Lighthouse Planning Consultants.
Vantage Real Estate Services (RES) represented the following businesses in recent transactions:
• RapidLab LLC with a lease at South Jersey Medical Center located at 1401 Route 70 in Cherry Hill.
• Camden County Election Council on Economic Opportunity, Inc. with a long-term lease at 555 Blackwood-Clementon Road in Lindenwold.
Additionally, Vantage RES facilitated the sale of Columbia Centre, a multi-tenant retail strip center, located at 700 S. White Horse Pike in Somerdale.
Rose Commercial Real Estate represented the following businesses in recent transactions:
• The buyer, Bruce Paparone Development, Inc. and the seller, Quaker Group Burlington II LP in the purchase of 12 acres in Hainesport for $1.35 million.
• Overbrook Partners in the sale of a 50,000-square-foot retail/industrial building in Medford.
Additionally, Rose Commercial Real Estate negotiated long-term leases at Kirby Brothers Feed Store as part of Medford’s planned transformation of Main Street for Whole Hog Cafe, Harvest Coffee and Kings Road Brewery.

Rose Commercial Real Estate also closed the sale and purchase of 56 acres for new residential development in Medford to Bob Meyer Communities, as well as the purchase of 32 acres of residential land in Moorestown to Parkers Bend Retirement Community LLC.
