CHUCK ROMANOLI

President and CEO, NEW ROAD Construction

Thanks to his four decades of industry experience and track record for success with NEW ROAD, Romanoli was recently named the company’s president and CEO. He will now lead the company on its continued mission to deliver comprehensive and trusted CM/PM services to clients throughout New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania. Romanoli will focus on strengthening NEW ROAD’s core service offerings, enhancing operational excellence and expanding the firm’s capacity to support public and private sector initiatives of increasing scale and complexity. His appointment underscores NEW ROAD’s commitment to maintaining the highest professional standards while fostering long-term partnerships with its clients. “Chuck Romanoli’s proven track record of leadership and client advocacy has been central to the success and growth of NEW ROAD. SUZANNE BOGAN MARTINELLI

Founder and CEO, NJ Health Hospice and Palliative Care

Bogan Martinelli is a trailblazer in the health and beauty industries with a knack for turning bold ideas into thriving businesses. She is the founder and CEO of The Ardent Team and NJ Health Hospice and Palliative Care, a hometown organization serving patients and families throughout South Jersey, providing guidance and support throughout their health care journey. Not one to stay in a single lane, Martinelli also built Bombshell Beauty—launching hairstyling tools and accessories now sold around the world under powerhouse brands including Bombshell Beauty, Vidal Sassoon, Hot Tools and Karina. A true inventor at heart, she holds three U.S. patents and two trademarks, proving that creativity and hard work make a powerful combination. Known for her contagious enthusiasm and passion for empowering others, she mentors emerging entrepreneurs and serves as a judge for Temple University’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship BYOBB Competition. With a career rooted in tenacity, innovation and leadership, Bogan Martinelli continues to shape the future of health and beauty while inspiring the next generation of entrepreneurs.

Bruce K. Foulke 

President and CEO, American Heritage Credit Union

Foulke has served in his current role with American Heritage since 1979, guiding the organization through a transformative nearly 50-year tenure. When he assumed leadership, American Heritage, then known as the Budd Company Workers Federal Credit Union, held approximately $4 million in assets. Today, the credit union has surpassed the $5 billion asset milestone and ranks among the 70 largest credit unions in the country by membership, serving more than 325,000 members. Under Foulke’s strategic leadership, American Heritage has executed over 50 mergers with credit unions ranging from $10,000 to $80 million in assets, while also expanding its field of membership to include over a dozen hospitals and various groups of state government employees throughout the region. His vision and collaborative approach have been instrumental in positioning American Heritage as a trusted financial partner and industry leader. Beyond his operational achievements, Foulke takes tremendous pride in founding the Kids-N-Hope Foundation in 1996, making American Heritage the first credit union in the nation to establish its own charitable organization. Since its inception, Kids-N-Hope has raised over $5.1 million, with the Music Therapy Program as its first major initiative.

Joseph Giordano

CFO, Associated Construction Contractors of New Jersey

Giordano joined the Associated Construction Contractors of New Jersey’s (ACCNJ) predecessor organization, BCANJ, in 2004 as director of safety. With a background in finance and accounting, he was promoted to finance director in 2010, assuming responsibility for managing all financial operations of the association. He played a key role in the 2013 merger of BCANJ and AGC of New Jersey and was named chief financial officer in December 2023. As CFO, Giordano oversees the daily financial activities of ACCNJ and the ACCNJ Industry Advancement Trust, ensuring fiscal stability, managing investments and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. He works closely with accounting professionals to ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws and association policies, and prepares all financial reports and annual budgets for executive leadership and the board of directors. Giordano has also managed the financial aspects of multiple organizational mergers and oversees financials for the Construction Industry Advancement Program and the New Jersey Steel Association. In addition, he serves as a management trustee on several statewide benefit, pension, health, annuity and apprenticeship funds and has completed multiple educational courses through the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.

Michel Acevedo-Zmuda

CEO & COO, Healthy Families & Communities

Acevedo-Zmuda’s career is rooted in a lifelong belief that strong families create strong, resilient communities. Raised in a culture that values service, faith and collective responsibility, she has dedicated more than 20nty years to leading mission-driven organizations across South Jersey—always with a focus on dignity, compassion, and possibility. As CEO and COO of Healthy Families & Communities, Acevedo-Zmuda is guiding the agency through one of the most transformative chapters in its history. When she stepped into leadership, the organization was seeking stability, renewed vision and deeper community connection. Through intentional listening, strategic clarity and a commitment to rebuilding trust, she led a full rebrand, restored fiscal health, strengthened governance, modernized operations and reignited regional partnerships. Her leadership has repositioned the agency as a vibrant, future-focused anchor for families throughout Camden and the surrounding region. Known for her relational leadership style and value-driven approach, Acevedo-Zmuda believes meaningful transformation occurs when people feel seen, and organizations operate with purpose. Her work continues to strengthen the social fabric of South Jersey by ensuring families have not only essential services but also opportunities to grow, thrive and envision brighter futures.

JEREMY WAMPLER, CPA

CFO, Acenda, Inc.

Wampler serves as chief financial officer of Acenda, Inc., an integrated health nonprofit organization, bringing more than 20 years of senior financial and operational leadership experience in complex, mission-driven health care environments. In this role, he oversees financial, revenue and administrative functions to ensure long-term sustainability while supporting the delivery of high-quality, integrated care. As a member of the executive leadership team, Wampler partners with the CEO, board of directors and senior leaders to align financial strategy with clinical and operational priorities. He plays a key role in long-term financial planning, service line expansion, capital planning and organizational integration initiatives, helping the organization navigate reimbursement complexity, regulatory change and evolving care models. Earlier in his career, Wampler worked in public accounting, providing tax, accounting and audit services across a variety of industries. This experience established a strong foundation in financial reporting, compliance, internal controls and risk management, which continues to inform his governance-focused approach to health care finance. In addition to his executive role, Wampler serves on several nonprofit boards, leveraging his financial expertise in treasurer roles to support governance, fiscal oversight and organizational sustainability.
