Fire Leaves Residents Homeless LINDENWOLD: February 4, 2002 —

Numerous people were left homeless after a fast-moving fire destroyed at least four units at a Lindenwold apartment complex. Sunday night's fire at the Stonington Court Apartments began in a bedroom on the second floor of the two-story complex. It was brought under control about an hour later, but the cause of the blaze remains unknown.

No injuries were reported in the fire. But firefighters battling the blaze were forced to move back when a ceiling began to collapse.

Eight units at the complex sustained smoke and water damage.
