Tax Assistance Offered

Tax Assistance Offered Volunteers will offer federal and state income tax assistance at the Burlington County Library in Westampton this season through Thursday, April 13, 2006. To make an appointment for this service provided by VITA (Volunteers for Income Tax Assistance), you can telephone the library (not before 10:00 AM).

Use any of the following numbers for the reference desk: 609-267-9660, 609-298-0063, or 856-235-6552 during library hours. You can also make your appointment in person at the Adult Services reference desk.

You will need to bring with you a valid photo I.D., Social Security Card (for yourself and any others shown on your tax return); and a copy of last years tax returns and current year tax records (W-2s, 1099s, etc.).

The library is located at the corner of Pioneer Boulevard and Woodlane Road in Westampton. Hours of service are Monday 9 am – 9 pm; Tuesday – Friday 10 am – 9 pm, Saturday 9 am – 5 pm, and Sunday 1 pm – 5 pm. Appointments can also be made for tax assistance at the
