'A Walk in the Vineyard' Wine Event
Valenzano Winery's 'A Walk in the Vineyard' Wine Trail Weekend wraps up today, Sunday, July 13, from 12-5pm. This summer festival celebrates Valenzano's vineyards and local agriculture. Visit for a day of wine tasting, food, live concert and dancing. We will be offering a comprehensive tour of the vineyard where we will explain the viticultural techniques which are necessary to produce the highest quality wine in our southern New Jersey micro-climate. Learn how to leaf pull, cluster thin and discover what it takes to run a vineyard. Bring your boots and be prepared to get your hands dirty.
Live Musical Performance starts at Noon: "The Quixote Project is a roots, blues, rockabillie outfit from South Jersey. Consisting of 4 members and featured guest appearances, The Q.P. has been performing locally since 2006. Since the band's inception they have performed at most major venue's in the South Jersey/ Philly area and most recently performed live on Gene Shay's Folk show on XPN 88.5. Playing both original and cover music, traditional and contemporary, The Q.P. has something for everyone."
Wine Trail Weekend will be even more exciting this year because we will be sampling our full line of summer sangrias! These party drinks get the party started at your summer bar-b-que. Visit for sampling and we will provide you the recipes so you can make them at home! Don't be shy about bringing your entire crew to this family friendly event. We will be offering young children pony rides through the vineyard and a variety of foods and snack options will be available.
Admission: $5.00 at the gate. Children enter for Free!
