Swing and Sway on the Big J The Big Band Sounds of The City Rhythm Orchestra, presented by Samaritan Hospice, will fill the night air on the Fantail of The Battleship New Jersey. Samaritan Hospice cares for patients and families coping with a life-limiting illness. The experience of military service – particularly during traumatic combat assignments – can affect veterans physically, socially and emotionally throughout their lives, and especially at the end of life. Samaritan Veterans’ Hospice Services provide specialized care and education for veterans and their families.

Located on the Delaware River, along the Camden Waterfront across from the City of Philadelphia, the Battleship offers guided and self-guided tours daily from 9:30 am to 5 pm. The annual Garden State Craft Brewers Guild Beer Festival will take place on the Battleship on June 20 from 1 pm to 5 pm. Tickets are $40 per person. The Battleship Blast, presented by Susquehanna Bank, features a surf n turf BBQ, an Overnight Encampment and the best views of the Delaware River fireworks at dusk on June 27.
