You Are Invited to Dinner

You Are Invited to Dinner Haddonfield Plays & Players will kick off its 2005 season with a production of the classic George S. Kaufman and Moss Hart comedy “The Man Who Came to Dinner.”

While on a lecture tour, noted man of letters and name-dropper Sheridan Whiteside accepts an invitation for dinner with Ernest and Daisy Stanley, a prominent Ohio couple. Whiteside is injured in an unfortunate tumble on the couple's front steps and he threatens to sue. To appease their haughty guest, the Stanleys take in Whiteside while he recovers. What happens next has to be seen to be believed!
