More Dangerous Heat Coming

After some rain this morning, if you think it would cool us off, but you're wrong.

We have some thunderstorms this morning moving through fairly quickly.

They won't prevent us from going into the upper 90s Tuesday and in the low 90s this afternoon.

The showers will be out of here this afternoon. We have an excessive heat warning effect for today and tomorrow.

And temperatures are going well into the 90s.

We expect a high of 92 degrees this afternoon. And that 97 degrees Tuesday will feel like 107 degrees tomorrow.

And we are still in the 90s on Wednesday and then relief arrives on Thursday.
