More Snow on the Way

It will move in to Delaware this morning and into our area this afternoon.
You may have to do scraping on the windshield this morning as areas of frost are out there.
Temperatures will not move much during the day. They'll stay cold enough for snow.
The system will be tracking just off shore which means the warm air, that could be arriving with the system, will stay out of our area.
By 4:30 p.m. this afternoon the snow will fall in Philadelphia. The heavier snowfall is later this evening and overnight tonight.
Expect three to six inches for Philadelphia, much of Delaware, and south Jersey. One to four inches is possible in other areas.
It will be windy tomorrow with clearing skies and sunshine. But the cold weather stays around until Friday.
