Free Women's Health Series The Burlington County Advisory Council on Women and Virtua Health will hold four free seminars on the first Wednesday of the month from March through June as part of their “Women in the Know” Healthy Living Series at Virtua Memorial Hospital in Mount Holly.

“Preventing Assault” an interactive program to learn self-defense and other tips to help keep you stay safe, will be held Wednesday, March 15th, with Paul Sarnese, Virtua System Safety Director.

“Food: Fact or Fiction” will be offered Wednesday, April 12th with Doug Marshall, Coordinator of Oncology Services for the Fox Chase Virtua Health Cancer program and Jill Nesler, Registered Dietician.

“Fitness/Exercise” will be held Wednesday, May 17h by the Roohr Center for Health Fitness. “Stress Management” with Virtua will be held Wednesday, June 14th.

All seminars will be held at 7 p.m. in the hospital’s conference center at 175 Madison Avenue, Mount Holly. Refreshments will be served.
