Free Women's Health Series

“Preventing Assault” an interactive program to learn self-defense and other tips to help keep you stay safe, will be held Wednesday, March 15th, with Paul Sarnese, Virtua System Safety Director.
“Food: Fact or Fiction” will be offered Wednesday, April 12th with Doug Marshall, Coordinator of Oncology Services for the Fox Chase Virtua Health Cancer program and Jill Nesler, Registered Dietician.
“Fitness/Exercise” will be held Wednesday, May 17h by the Roohr Center for Health Fitness. “Stress Management” with Virtua will be held Wednesday, June 14th.
All seminars will be held at 7 p.m. in the hospital’s conference center at 175 Madison Avenue, Mount Holly. Refreshments will be served.
