See The Pinelands A New Way

The bus tour, led by County Historian Joe Laufer, will visit 21 historic sites in Pinelands municipalities depicted in the fifth annual New Views art exhibit opening Tuesday, May 2nd in the Smithville Mansion Annex Gallery with a free reception and awards presentation at 7 p.m.
Sites on the tour include Whitesbog in Pemberton Township, Atsion in Shamong Township, Carranza Memorial and Nixon’s General Store in Tabernacle, the Bishop-Irick House in Southampton, as well as venues in Bass River, Washington and Woodland townships.
The tour will start at 9 a.m. at the Smithville Mansion Annex Gallery with a viewing of the art exhibit. The cost is $40 which includes a box lunch for picnicking along the Mullica River.
The art gallery is open Sundays from 1-3 p.m. or by appointment.
