Frolic with the Fish
Presenting a host of creatures from land, air and sea, the Adventure Aquarium leads you through an underwater world complete with a hippopotamus exhibit, a walk-through, 550,000-gallon shark tank, the USS Verne, where you will discover all kinds of weird and wonderful animals, and a 4-D Theater designed to put you right in the middle of the action with a series of spectacular special effects. True adventurers can even make an appointment to "Swim with the Sharks," an experience that puts you face to face with these ocean predators.

Big Fun on the “Big J”
Experience the dangerous and exciting life of a sailor as you take a guided tour aboard the Battleship New Jersey, the nation's most decorated battleship. Video presentations of Tomahawk missile launches and many other hands-on exhibits and activities trace its long and proud history.

Grab a hot dog, crack open some peanuts and get ready to cheer the AA League Camden Riversharks at Campbell's Field.

Enter a Small World of Big Fun
Enter the magical world of the Camden Children’s Garden to find a pint-sized horticultural wonderland, complete with a working carousel, a real kid-sized train, a variety of themed fairy tale gardens, a butterfly house and other activities. Special annual events include Peach Party (August 12) and the Chocolate & Vanilla Flavor Festival (August 26).

Getting Here
The Camden Waterfront is conveniently located along the Delaware River, in the heart of the greater Philadelphia region, and getting to these events is now easier than ever with the PATCO Speedline, the River LINE light rail system, and the RiverLink Ferry.

PATCO Speedline offers fast, comfortable and reliable alternatives to traffic congestion and parking fees around-the-clock and every day of the week with connections to SEPTA, via its four stops in Center City Philadelphia, and NJ Transit, at its nine stops in New Jersey. Tickets can be purchased at each station with prices ranging from $1.30 to $2.45 based upon the distance you travel. www.drpa.org/patco

The River LINE rail service from NJ Transit has 20 convenient station locations between Trenton and Camden with several stops right on the Waterfront. It operates from 6 a.m.-10 p.m. on weekdays, Sundays and major holidays and from 6 a.m.-Midnight on Saturdays—all at the affordable price of $1.25 per person for one-way travel. www.riverline.com

The RiverLink Ferry connects the Camden Waterfront to Penn's Landing with parking available on both sides of the river. The ferry runs daily May–September, with daytime service beginning at 9:30 a.m., and extended evening express service for Tweeter Center events. Roundtrip tickets are $6.00 for adults and $5.00 for children and seniors. www.riverlinkferry.org

Visitors traveling to the Camden Waterfront by car will find that it is easily accessible to and from Interstates 95 and 76, the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Turnpikes, and Routes 295, 70 73, 130 and 38.
