Moviemakers Need Extras For Philly Shoot A Hollywood casting company is holding an open call for background talent for the new Dreamworks feature film, "Transformers 2."

Heery Casting is seeking union and non-union background men and women of all ethnicities between the ages 18 and 70 for scenes set in Philadelphia and Princeton, N.J., that will be shot this June.

The open call will be held on Saturday, May 31, at Bullies bar at the Spectrum in South Philadelphia, located at 3600 S. Broad St. According to a posting on the agency's site, people can enter the parking area at the Broad Street gate and mention "Transformers" casting for free parking.

Casting professionals will be seeing SAG actors from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. SAG actors should bring their union cards for admission.

Non-union men and woman can audition between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. The agency said college-age men and women are in high demand, and noted that no acting experience is necessary and all roles are paid positions.

People trying for a role should also bring a snapshot.
