SURF WHIP RIVERSHARKS 9-2 A four-run second inning, featuring back-to-back homers by Keith Gordon and Brian Hunter, was enough for the Atlantic City Surf (25-20) to beat the Camden Riversharks (18-27) 9-2 Thursday at The Sandcastle.

The home run was Gordon`s league-leading 12th of the season. Both Surfers had three RBI`s on the night. Ariel Garcia got the win, going seven innings and giving up one run on three hits and striking out four.

Del Mathews received the loss for Camden, pitching 6 1/3 and giving up nine runs (five earned) on seven hits. The Surf now lead “The Expressway Series” 6-3.
