Nashua Slips Past Surf NASHUA, N.H. -- The Nashua Pride (7-7) defeated the Atlantic City Surf (8-6) 5-4 Saturday night in Nashua.

Surf starter Andy Lane went 5.2 innings, allowing three runs on nine hits.

The Pride`s Chad Fonville led Nashua with three runs scored. Maleke Fowler went 4-6 for the Surf, and was a home run shy of hitting for the cycle.

John Mangieri (4-3) took the loss for the Surf. Atlantic City and Nashua finish up their series Sunday night, 6:05 p.m. in Nashua.
