Surf Drop 5th. In A Row BRIDGEPORT, Conn. – The Bridgeport Bluefish came behind from a three-run deficit to beat the Atlantic City Surf 7-5 Wednesday night in Bridgeport, Conn.

The loss is the Surf`s fifth in a row. The Bluefish`s Mel Waering knocked in the go-ahead run in the eighth inning off Surf pitcher Jason Moody. It was his first loss of the season.

Bridgeport thirdbaseman Brenden Kingman went 3-4 with two RBIs. Surf centerfielder Maleke Fowler went 2-4 with two RBIs in the loss.

The Surf finish their series with Bridgeport tonight at 7:05 and return home Friday to battle Nashua.
