Peeping Tom in South Jersey South Jersey police are hoping a surveillance tape will lead them to a peeping Tom at a Target store.

The video recorded the man when he was leaving the store after the alleged peeping incident.

It happened at a women's dressing area at the Target store on Route 541 in Burlington Township, N.J. Police said that the man harassed a teenage girl while she was shopping and then, when the girl tried on clothes in the dressing room, she looked up and realized the man came in the dressing room and climbed over the cubicle to spy on her.

The girl screamed but nobody came, so she screamed again as he got down from his perch and casually walked out of the story.

"I don't think anyone really understood what was going on at the time. No one bothered to stop him," the girl's mother, Ann Dicola, said.

If you recognize the man in the surveillance tape from the picture call the Burlington Township Police Department at (609) 239-5867.
