Culture Fest at Hist Cold Spring Village
In addition to the Village’s 26 restored historic buildings being open with historical interpreters, live performances will be taking place throughout the 22-acre site. Cultural performances include African-American drums, traditional Italian and German singing, interactive Caribbean drum demonstrations, Celtic folk songs, and a Jewish jazz duo. Additional highlights include interactive American dulcimer and spoon tunes by Bonnie Leigh and drum-making demonstrations from the Village leathersmith. The Country Store will be open, offering a selection of handmade artisan wares, heritage toys, books, collectibles, jewelry and more.
Fun and educational activities for children are featured Tuesday through Friday from June 23rd to August 30th, with featured events every weekend.
