(Erie, PA)- The Trenton Thunder got home runs from Garry Maddox, R.J. Johnson and Angel Santos in a 6-4 win over Erie Friday night.

The win moved Trenton (36-35) over .500 for the first time this season, which started the year 0-10.

Trenton started their night with a two-run homer from Maddox off Rick Kersten (7-3) in the 1st Inning for an early lead. Johnson added his solo shot in the 3rd Inning for a 3-0 lead.

Erie (49-24) rallied with two runs in the 5th Inning on a double by 2B Jhonny Perez off Trenton starter Mike Kusiewicz.

The SeaWolves tied the game at 4-4 in the 6th Inning thanks to a solo shot by Eric Munson off Kusiewicz and a solo shot by Mike Rivera off reliever Mark Cisar. Rivera`s homer was his 21st of the season, which leads the Eastern League.

The Thunder put it away with a two-run homer by Angel Santos off Kirsten in the 7th Inning.

Cisar (1-0) got the win, despite allowing the tying run. Cory Spencer worked the final two innings for his 12th save.
