The Economic Health of The SJ Region How is southern New Jersey's economy reacting to instability brought on by recent world events? In the wake of the Sept. 11 attacks on America, six leading executives will offer an analysis of southern New Jersey's economic prospects for the end of the year during a free Rutgers-Camden South Jersey Business Outlook, which will be held from 8 to 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 16.

Sponsored by the Rutgers University School of Business at Camden, the quarterly conference evaluates the region's health by examining key South Jersey industries. The panel of area executives will report on the performance of their business sectors during the first half of 2001 and will forecast the region's economic health for the balance of the year.

This conference, which is free of charge and open to the public, is supported by the Chamber of Commerce of Southern New Jersey and the Cherry Hill law firm of Flaster/Greenberg, one of New Jersey's top 50 law firms. The event will be held at the Regency Palace located at 555 Friendship Road in Haddonfield.

To register, contact the Chamber of Commerce of Southern New Jersey at (856) 424-7776. For the results of previous Rutgers-Camden South Jersey Business Outlook conferences, visit here for more information.
